These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Medic Launchpad. By booking a session or engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms:

Medic Launchpad is run by Dr. Nathan Dean and Dr. Ahmad Almohtadi, resident doctors in the UK. We offer coaching and mentorship services to students applying to UK medical schools.

Although we are qualified doctors, Medic Launchpad does not offer medical advice or clinical consultation for personal health conditions. Our services are strictly educational and advisory, focusing on medical school applications and career development.

While we aim to provide expert guidance and support to enhance your chances of gaining entry into a UK medical school, we cannot guarantee admission. Success depends on numerous external factors outside our control, including individual performance and institutional selection criteria.

4. Payments and Cancellations

• All payments are securely processed through Stripe and must be paid in full before your session is confirmed.

• We have a strict no-refund policy for client-initiated cancellations. However, if you provide more than 5 working days’ notice, we will make every effort to reschedule your session at a mutually convenient time.

• Please note that failure to attend a session without prior notice will be treated as a cancellation, and no refund or rescheduling will be offered.

• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior notice will be treated as a no-show and the session will be cancelled. In such cases, no refund or rescheduling will be offered.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate personal information when booking
• Attending sessions on time
• Entering the virtual waiting area before the scheduled time
• Ensuring a stable internet connection and a suitable environment for online sessions
• Dressing appropriately and ensuring they are in a quiet, professional setting conducive to learning and focused discussion

If a client arrives late, we are not obligated to extend the session beyond the allocated time. Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in the session being cancelled or ended early at the discretion of the tutor, with no refund provided.

6. Our Commitments to You

At Medic Launchpad, we are committed to:

• Arriving on time for scheduled sessions
• Delivering high-quality mentorship and coaching tailored to your goals
• Extending or rescheduling sessions at no extra charge if we experience unstable internet connections or technical difficulties
• Providing follow-up written summaries of consultations or mock interviews within 48 hours of the session

As full-time doctors, we are committed to our clients and the integrity of our work. On rare occasions when we arrive late, we will extend the session or reschedule. If we must cancel a session, we will notify you promptly and make every effort to reschedule, or if an appropriate alternative cannot be found, we will offer a full refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during sessions, including notes, resources, and slides, are the intellectual property of Medic Launchpad and may not be shared, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.

Medic Launchpad will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability in any circumstance will be limited to the amount paid for the session or service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take immediate effect upon publication.
